By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation requests must be made at least 14 days before the start date of your child’s camp session. Cancellations can be made by logging into your account through our enrolment platform. There are no substitutions, make-up days or refunds for cancellations requested outside the above timeframe.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & ALLERGIES: If your child has any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know prior to booking to ensure we can accommodate. 

PRIVACY POLICY: Personal information collected and/or held by Little Cooks Club is subject to our privacy policy and will only be used for the purpose that it is collected for and to contact you for offers related to our services. We will not disclose, your email address or any other information we may receive, to any third party.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Little Cooks Club is committed to safety and health at all times. Students are supervised at all times and will be given age-appropriate tasks. 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I acknowledge that I understand the risks associated with participation in Little Cooks Club camps and associated activities and agree to the assumption of such risks. 

PHOTOGRAPHY: Photos of camp activities are taken and sent to parents at the end of camp week. Some photos may be used exclusively for Little Cooks Club’s Instagram account. If you would like to opt out of photos please email us.
